Help and FAQ

Quick answers while we build out the full help center.

For couples

What is the Growth Snapshot?

A free five-minute start for one partner. You’ll see one gift, a Growth Band, one question to ask your partner, and a link to invite them.

How long does the Growth Check take?

About 40 minutes per partner. Most people do it in two sittings. Progress saves as you go, and results open only when you’ve both finished.

Will my partner see my answers?

No. Your partner sees the shared Growth Report, never your private answers.

Will we see scores?

No. Couples see band names (Flourishing, Steady, Growing, Needs Care), an icon, and a four-dot meter. No numbers, no grades.

Is TwoWell therapy?

No. TwoWell is relationship education and a tool for clinicians. It is not therapy or a crisis service.

For clinicians

What do clinicians see that couples don’t?

Growth Scores for every facet, where partners see things differently, Momentum, Real Change, and Care Alerts. Couples see bands only.

Does TwoWell screen for abuse or self-harm?

No. Keep doing the screening you already do. Some answers raise a Care Alert for you, and a partner who signals distress sees private support resources.

Is TwoWell a healthcare product?

No. TwoWell is a relationship education and measurement tool, not a medical device, treatment, or electronic health record. It doesn’t diagnose and isn’t therapy. Clinicians use it alongside their own care, the way they would use a questionnaire, and keep their clinical record where they keep it now. Your practice decides how it fits your own policies.

Is there a student plan?

Yes. Students in a graduate program get up to 5 couples free, with a supervisor view.

For churches

What is Marriage Checkup Sunday?

A Sunday (February 14, 2027, or February 7 or 21) when churches invite couples to take a free Growth Snapshot from their phones.

Will the church see who took part?

No. You see a total count and, with 5 or more couples, a church-wide summary. Never names, never a couple’s results.
